By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our accommodation services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. About Our Services
Prabhu Homestay provides accommodation and related hospitality services to guests.
All bookings made through our website are subject to room availability, the rates displayed at the time of booking, and these Terms & Conditions.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the booking has been successfully completed and the required payment has been received and confirmed.
2. Booking & Reservation
🏨 Guests may make reservations through our official website without creating a user account.
During the booking process, guests are required to provide accurate information, including their name, email address, telephone number, number of guests, and other information requested by the booking form.
The guest is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking is accurate and complete.
Once a booking is successfully confirmed, a confirmation email containing the reservation details will be sent to the email address provided during booking.
Guests should retain this confirmation for their records.
3. Room Occupancy
Each room has a specified maximum occupancy.
The number of adults and children permitted in a room must comply with the occupancy limits displayed during the booking process.
Additional guests, where permitted, may incur additional charges as displayed during booking.
The applicable room-specific occupancy rules are displayed on our website and form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Guests must not exceed the maximum permitted occupancy of a room.
4. Children & Age-Based Charges
Where applicable, children may be permitted subject to the occupancy limits and child-age policies displayed during the booking process.
Any additional charge applicable to a child will be calculated according to the age and occupancy rules displayed on the website at the time of booking.
Certain rooms may have specific restrictions regarding children.
For example, rooms marked as Adults Only or otherwise restricting children cannot be booked with children.
5. Room Rates & Pricing
💰 Room prices displayed on our website are based on the selected room, rate plan, dates, number of guests, and other selections made during the booking process.
Additional guest charges, optional services, and other applicable charges will be displayed during the booking process where applicable.
The total amount displayed on the final booking/payment page is the amount payable for the reservation.
We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing or display errors. If a significant pricing error occurs, we will contact the guest before processing or fulfilling the reservation and provide an appropriate resolution.
6. Payment
💳 Payments for online bookings are processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment service provider.
Prabhu Homestay does not directly store customers' complete card numbers, CVV numbers, UPI credentials, or other payment-instrument credentials on its website.
Payment information is processed through the payment gateway and is subject to the applicable terms and privacy policies of the payment service provider.
A booking requiring payment is considered confirmed after successful payment confirmation.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
❌ Our cancellation and refund rules depend on the cancellation period applicable to the booking.
Unless a different policy is specifically displayed for the selected rate plan:
Free cancellation is available up to 8 days before the check-in date.
Cancellations made within 8 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Check-In & Check-Out
🕐 Check-in: 12:00 PM
🕚 Check-out: 11:00 AM
Guests are expected to follow the stated check-in and check-out times.
Early check-in or late check-out may be provided subject to availability and may attract additional charges where applicable.
Guests should contact Prabhu Homestay in advance if they expect to arrive significantly later than their expected arrival time.
9. Guest Identification
🪪 Guests may be required to provide valid government-issued identification at check-in.
The identity information provided must correspond to the actual guest staying at the property.
Guests are responsible for complying with applicable identification and accommodation requirements.
10. Guest Conduct & House Rules
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during their stay.
Guests must:
- Respect the property and its facilities.
- Follow applicable house rules.
- Avoid excessive noise or behaviour that may disturb other guests or neighbours.
- Not use the property for unlawful activities.
- Not exceed the booked occupancy.
- Take reasonable care of room furnishings, equipment and other property.
Guests may be held responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their group, subject to applicable law.
11. Property Damage
Any loss or damage to the property, furnishings, equipment or facilities caused by a guest or members of their party may be charged to the responsible guest, subject to applicable law.
Normal wear and tear will not be considered damage.
12. Availability & Changes
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information displayed on our website is accurate, room availability may change.
In exceptional circumstances, we may need to modify or cancel a reservation due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where this occurs, we will contact the guest using the contact information provided during booking and provide an appropriate resolution.
13. Force Majeure
Prabhu Homestay shall not be responsible for failure or delay in providing accommodation services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, public emergencies, infrastructure failures, or other unforeseen events.
14. Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information, photographs, room descriptions, prices and availability displayed on our website accurate and up to date.
However, photographs are intended for representation purposes and minor differences in room appearance, furnishings or facilities may occur.
15. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party services such as payment processors, analytics services, mapping services, email services or other technology providers.
Your use of such services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
16. Privacy
Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By making a booking, you acknowledge that your information may need to be processed and shared with service providers involved in completing and managing your reservation and payment.
17. Booking Confirmation & Communication
By providing your email address and telephone number during booking, you authorize us to use those details for reservation-related communication, including:
- Booking confirmations
- Payment confirmations
- Cancellation or modification notices
- Check-in information
- Important information relating to your stay
- Customer support relating to your reservation
Marketing communications, where applicable, will be handled separately and in accordance with applicable requirements.
18. Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including photographs, logos, text, graphics, design elements and other materials, belongs to Prabhu Homestay or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, modified or commercially used without appropriate permission.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Prabhu Homestay shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or accommodation services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The updated version will be published on this website with a revised "Last Updated" date.
